2. Visit the Dubai Land Department website or download the Dubai REST app:
- Open the website or download the app from your smartphone’s app store.
- Sign in or create an account if needed.
- Navigate to the Owners Committees registration section.
- Follow the instructions to upload your documents and complete the application.
3. Submit your application before January 31, 2025.
- Priority is given to the first nine registrants per property group.
4. Await RERA’s approval.
- Successful candidates will be announced in February 2025.
