Kent O’Brien holds a Bachelors Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying from the University of Melbourne with majors in Building Economics, Valuation and Quantity Surveying, and high distinctions in Law, Accounting, Economics and Information Technology at the Australian Graduate School of Management (U.S.Q). As part Owner and Director of an associated company in Australia , Kent has extensive experience in the provision of reports for the determination of Unit Entitlements, Sinking Fund Forecasts and other cost impact studies in the Strata industry and with a further 15 years in Regional Investment Management for a portfolio valued at over AUD $1 Billion throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.
